Ordering Procedure

Here at DMS Racing we have tried to ensure that ordering your goods with us is easy, simple and safe as possible.

Orders can be placed with us with us in the following ways:

• Online here via the website using our secure cart system and Worldpay checkout
• By telephone (01923 816636)
• Online or by Phone for Trackside Collection (at any of the local or national race meetings we are attending – please check ahead of placing your order)

Despatch and Delivery

Subject to stock availability and status of the items ordered, we guarantee we will send all orders received before 3pm weekdays, that very same day – later on most occasions when possible. Exceptions will be Bank Holidays and Weekends. Some items will be sent via the most appropriate method from our website, if a customer chooses a method that is unsuitable or incorrect for the goods that have been ordered we reserve the right to alter that method and send via the appropriate means.

UK inland shipping starts from just £2.95 (one small lower value item) and is never more than £9.95 (our largest bulky parcels)
Our current UK shipping rates are as follows;

• Small parts orders, less than £49.99 value, containing just one part – £2.95
• Small parts orders, less than £49.99 value, containing two parts – £3.45
• Small parts orders, less than £49.99 value, containing three parts – £3.95 and so on up to 7 items
• Larger parts orders, less than £49.99 value, any number of items – £6.50
• Delicate or Fragile items (bodyshells etc) – from £5.95
• High Value (over £50.00), Small Parts orders – £6.50
• Urgent – Next Working Day small part orders – £6.50
• Urgent – Royal Mail Saturday delivery small parts orders – £14.95
• Larger bulky orders, model kits, accumulation of items – UPS Next Day service – £6.50

International and overseas postage and shipping rates are calculated separately during checkout due to varying countries, goods, package sizes, weights and delivery services available for each destination.

Once an Overseas order is received, we will calculate the value, weight and size of your order, apply this to your destination country and zone and offer you the appropriate options for both standard and express shipping via email, tailored to your exact order. Just choose the option that suits you best and process this through your cart in the same way as when you placed the actual goods order.

DMS Racing are not responsible for the payment and arrangement of any fees or charges that may incur with your goods entering into your destination country. Please research these costs if you are unaware of the potential charges and note that we cannot accept responsibility for them. We are also not able to alter or falsifying goods value for declaration forms so please don’t ask or be offended if we refuse.
